The registration fee for the Legal Seminar is $895 payable by check or credit card. NOLHGA is offering a $50 Early Bird discount for those who register by June 15, 2018. The discount will be automatically calculated when you complete your registration. There is no registration fee for the MPC Meeting. Registration for either event is available by clicking here.

Financial Hardship Policy: Attorneys who are unable to afford NOLHGA's continuing legal education program registration fee due to financial hardship may petition NOLHGA in the form of a letter seeking a waiver or discounted registration fee. Such petition shall be submitted to NOLHGA at the same time the attorney registers for the program and shall state why the fee being charged for the program causes the lawyer financial hardship. Attorneys in public service may also apply for a fee waiver or reduction with an explanation of the nature of their public service and why a reduced or waived fee should be considered. All petitions must be signed by the attorney. Waivers and discounted fees shall be determined by NOLHGA according to the following scale. Waivers and reduced fees beyond the scale listed below shall be determined at NOLHGA’s discretion.
 Unemployed – Full Scholarship
 Income Up to $35,000 – 75% Discount
 Income $35,000 - $50,000 – 50% Discount
 Income over $50,000 – No Discount

Registrants who cancel 14 days or more in advance of the program start date will be refunded their registration fee. Registrants who cancel less than 14 days in advance of the program start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. There will be no refunds provided for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance of the program start date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be made in the same payment method as was received.

A registrant may transfer his or her registration to another person in his or her organization with no additional charge. Registration fees for cancellations may not be applied toward future meetings.
