On May 18, 2020, Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Mark Afable filed a petition with the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin, requesting an order to place Time Insurance Company—a life, health, annuity, and LTC carrier that had been in runoff since late 2014—into rehabilitation. Mark Femal (Strohm Ballweg) is the Special Deputy Commissioner for Rehabilitation.
